EVERY NIGHT:

The NEW GAY BAR in PENNGROVE is called The Black Cat Bar & Cafe (10056 Main St, 707-793-9480) FINALLY someplace to replace the old Santa Rosa Inn that closed, what, two years ago? Anyway, it's got a pool table and juke box, and it's in the thriving metropolis known as Downtown Penngrove. To get there, take Hwy 101 to NORTH of Petaluma and take the Petaluma Blvd North / Old Redwood Hwy / Penngrove exit, drive EAST to Penngrove...turn into town past the fire station, and look for their neon sign on the west side of the street just north of the railroad tracks running right through town. They serve lunch Monday-Saturday from 1130-230pm, and dinner Wednesday-Sunday from 6-930pm.

* NEW MEAT CAMPUS THEATER...music, cute boys, hunky men, hung dudes, and SEX...220 Jones St in the sleazy Tenderloin, call FEAST-IT (415-332-7848), or visit: www.NewMeat.com.

* MACK All Male Sex Club is adjacent to A Taste of Leather in its new loctaion at 1285 Folsom Street (twn 8th & 9th) in SF. It's smaller than The Power Exchange and Blow Buddies and Eros, but weeknights it's open from 6pm-6am and costs only $7, on weekends it's $10, but on weekends it's open 24 hours (i.e., from 6pm Friday through 6am Monday), and it has a smoking room, showers, free lockers, and it's dark and funky and relatively clean (it just opened in early 2001) and attracts masculine men who are really looking for sex, not just looking.

* BLOW BUDDIES Sex Club for MEN is my favorite place...dark and moody and industrial, it's not as large as The Power Exchange (PEX), but it's cheaper, cleaner (a bit, anyway), and, unlike Eros and PEX, ALL the guys there are masculine men...they stop the faggots right at the door...you ONLY get in if you look, dress act, smell, and taste like a MAN. They have a large patio where you can smoke and fuck at the same time, free lockers, free coat check, free coffee and peanuts, free condoms & lube, and a handy hand shower. * Still upset when Lunacee's closing signaled the death of the MARIN GAY BAR? Check out BROWN'S BINYARD at 1009 First Street in Old Towne Novato, but AFTER 630pm...that's when the gay bartenders are working: Don (formerly of Lunacee) from Sat-Mon, and Tom Padden (formerly of The Pit and Moby Dick) from Tue-Fri. The place is supposedly kind of a dump, and not completely gay, but the more WE patronize it, the less it will be the former and the more it will become the latter! * Speaking of which, The PANAMA HOTEL (www.PanamaHotel.com) is a San Rafael meeting place, and has been sort of adopted by our community. It's a quaintly crowded conglomeration of old-fashioned-looking buildings at 4 Bayview at the intersection of Taylor, Woodland, and B Street, just south of Safeway and the San Rafael Community Center. Owner Dan Miller and his partner, Morris, have been supportive of our community, and it's a nice, classy, convenient place to make new friends.

The Panama is a hotel, restaurant, and bar, with live music on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday, and dinner entrees priced from $10-$16, served from 530-930pm Tuesday through Saturday and 5-9pm on Sunday...lunch is served Monday through Friday from 1130am-230pm. Additionally, the Panama is known for its Sunday Brunch, served from1030am-2pm.

* NEW GEORGE'S on Fourth St in Downtown San Rafael is featuring latin drag shows on Firdays and GAY NIGHT each Monday, 8pm, 415-457-1515, www.NewGeorges.com

The Boyz Meet Weekly!
